I just learned that a former employee of mine's husband passed away suddenly this weekend. She went into the kitchen to get him a glass of juice and when she came back, he was gone from a heart attack. She just retired two months ago to spend time with him since their whole marriage they worked opposite schedules and only got one week a year to spend quality time together. As we are all under a lot of stress during wedding planning, and throughout our lives in general, please remember to tell your honey you love, appreciate, and respect them. We aren't promised the opportunity to do it tomorrow, or later, or "when things slow down". Don't snap at him/her because the seating chart is off. Don't get bitchy because he/she didn't fold the fitted sheets correctly. Take a breath, swallow your frustration, and kiss them on the forehead instead.
