Carino's Catering???

Has anyone used Carino's for their catering? Their quote came in almost $1k less than other caterers and included 4 appetizers! So, just thought I'd ask for feedback from folks who may have experience with them. Did they show up/set up/clean up on time? Was the food as good as it is in the restaurant? Was the food actually warm when served? Were there any "hidden" fees? TIA!

I went to a wedding in April 2009 and it was wedding off 125 guest. There was a line ofcourse and by the time I got to the food it was COLD. Not just room temparture, it was cold. The taste of it was good but I hate cold food. They were friendly and served the food on your plates for you.

Don't do it! My friend got them had 20 people NOT show up (they RSVPed yes) and ran out of food.  They totally manhandled the cake. It was such a mess that NO ONE got a peice of cake but rather a bunch of crumbles.   The cake was beautiful. She cried. I felt so bad.

Hummm.... a good friend used them with no problems at all. I was there and food was very good. I will say she rented her chaffing dishes, she wanted the shiny pretty dome top kind - food was hot. She said the bid for 150 was about $7 per person. She did not have them serve. Just deliver and put on the buffet.
