I'm back!!

Hi ladies, I'm back in cyberspace! We finally got internet hooked up yesterday. H and I are finally getting settled in to our new life here in VA! We got here almost 2 weeks ago and found a house(well a townhouse really)right away. H is back to work(boo) although I am loving his hours for now since he hasn't been home later than 3pm! I am also in love with our new home(I know those of you on my FB has seen it), it's been fun buying new furniture too even though it's a lot of money all at once. The only things we are missing now are all our stuff from Japan, which hopefully our shipment comes in soon because I want our dining table back! It will take some time getting used to the state but I am just so happy H isn't stationed overseas anymore. Hopefully I get to meet new friends soon, but Beachy will be coming here soon enough! 

I've really missed TK this past month, I've been checking it with my phone from time to time but couldn't really post. I've missed you girls and to those that are new, I look forward to your posts!

We missed you!!!!!  Glad to hear everything is going well.  Your house is totally adorable (though you should post a pic or two here of the inside).  I'm craving a move myself, so I'm really jealous!  It'll be nice to settle into a home with your DH, I'm sure after so much time apart.

Thanks ladies! I've really missed everybody, and the past few months have been hard without TK. I've never lived on the East Coast so it will definitely take some time getting used to. Is the weather here always this warm at this time of year? I have been itching to take out my pants and boots, but we are still in the high 70's!

haha I'll trade you. It's way too chilly here today... I'm worried that it's going to be a horrible winter, and we live at the top of a hill with a rear-wheel drive vehicle and a front wheel drive vehicle... *sigh* .. I want a subaru!! Or I want your 70 degree weather!! )

Thanks! H doesn't like the hardwood too much, but I do! He likes carpet better, so thankfully the entire 2nd floor is carpeted. lol H's parents live on top of the hill there in WA too so I know the feeling. They were even snowed in on Xmas a few years back, luckily we weren't there at the time! 

I'm actually quite excited for this weekend because my sister and baby niece are coming down from Jersey to visit! I am so excited to see them, haven't seen them since August. We're just going to hang out, see a movie, maybe check out the beach, etc. Oh and we're also taking my niece to go trick or treating at the malls/town center here since they're doing it Saturday. So no partying for us, but we've got tons of candy for kids on Monday and we've got out pumpkin out! lol
