I'm good. I've watched Kittens! Inspired by Kittens! twice this morning and it has made me not cranky.  I HAVE TO GO POTTY! (move down to his feet) PSSSSSSSSSSSS

Had my meeting with my boss and the other girls. Turns out he hasn't even asked HR if the 4-10's is doable..WTFBBQ?! He highly doubts it and the girl who wants it is already stressed and doesn't know if she could do 4-10's without losing her sanity. I work with a bunch of crazy people. I looked like an a-hole becuase I can't budge on my hours since I ride in with my mom and I might not be able to drive after my surgery, but whatev. I've bent any other time I've had to and paid who knows how much in parking on days they've had me drive in by myself.

Wow, stupid boss... How much work can it be to just go ask HR? I can imagine that would be extremely frustrating!!!

Well right now I just found out my class this mornign is canceled so, YAY!!! That made my week. It's freezing out, and I didn't want to walk the 20 minutes it takes to get there anyways!!

On a less bright note, the other day I went to the doctor, and evidently a perscription I was on gave me some type of infection like a  yeast infection, but way inside. It's awkward because she perscribed me some cream you have to like stuff up your vaj jay jay and then it falls out all day. Awkward and pretty icky.

He's a special guy, very forgetful. He's had what I like to call "retirement brain" since after Christmas so his forgetfulness has made a turn for the worse. He hasn't had a secretary since Christmas and he relies on me and the other girl to do everything she did. It's what we're here for and it keeps us busy, so we like it. On Monday, he needed something mailed out but mentioned nothing of it to us and placed it on the secretary's empty desk. We noticed it sitting there on Tuesday and I mailed it out for his imaginary secretary. We've named her Thelma, she's pretty useless.

Thelma sounds quite useless. Maybe he should pay you more to help with Thelma's jobs too.

I'm thinking about applying for Thelma's job. I've been doing it for two months and it's not too bad.

That sounds so uncomfortable. How long do you have to do it for?

EKath - It does sound like you're already doing Thelma's job, so you might as well apply. I assume it comes with a raise? Also, I hate HR people. They are the trickiest little buggers to get a hold of. However, until your boss actually tries to ask them, I guess that doesn't matter anyway...

I have my own personal countdown going right now: Till reading week! It's sooo sssoooooooooonnnnnn!!!! Not that I'm doing anything exciting, but it means no classes for a week.

We're definitely doing a courthouse wedding.  AHR after at FI's parents' house.  Next month we'll probably get the food all situated.

Me, school is going well.  I have my 1st test tomorrow.  It should be easy peasy.  Next week's test is going to suck hard core a$$.   
Gav is growing too quickly.  He is almost 5 months old, and aat 4-months he was already almost 20lbs and over 27 inches long.  That is larger than the average 9-month old.

24 days today!  Yesterday I sat down and made a "25 days to go, what do I still have to do list"...it's a lot of little things: tying ribbons on everything, making lists of what we need for each event, etc the week of the wedding...nothing major left to do, so that's good.  I got an email from our pastor this morning with some verbiage for the ceremony and that was totally a "WOW" moment.

How are we feeling?  I think we're doing pretty good.  We're both getting really nervous - definitely not nervous about marrying each other, just the nerves that come with the day. But we're also both getting really excited.  It was so neat when we got our license to have all these strangers congratulating us for blocks as we walked back to the parking garage - FI was just beaming that day.

FI is really excited that his dad, his sister and his aunt will all be here (and I'm excited that I'll finally get to meet them - talked to them on the phone lots, though) - he hasn't seen his dad or sister in 3 years.  My brother and nephew are also flying in for the wedding and a friend of mine from college is driving in (we've talked on the phone and emailed weekly since college, but we live in different states and have only been able to see each other once in the past 15 years - super excited).

And thanks for all the good vibes ladies...and good vibes also going out to the others coming up soon after mine.
