AW: Invitations are DONE!

I've been working on them off and on since DECEMBER, and they're finally done and going to the post office on my lunch break.  WHOOHOO!!

For a full write-up, go to the bio under the "Labor of Love" tab.  I have detailed pictures there, as well as my two new favorite pictures of them DONE and one of them in the box waiting to go to the post office.  Of course, TK is being dumb and won't let me PIP, so you'll have to go there to see them, but I am just SO excited and relieved to be done with them.

Wow, those are awesome, congrats!  We didn't DIY nearly as much as you did and it nearly drove us insane.  Invites are SO time-consuming.  Never again!

Yes, we are under 3 months.  Hence the final push to go ahead and get them done and out!  Thanks everyone!  Feel free to steal whatever you want; I know I did from other Knotties on the DIY board.  :-)

Oceana - my suggestion if you want pocketfolds, having done it this way, it to try and hold out for a sale on cardsandpockets.com and buy them.  They're relatively inexpensive on there, especially during a sale, and WAY less time consuming.  The most time consuming part of mine was making the actual pocketfolds and doing all the embossing on the invitations.

NQB - putting names on the RSVPs was my answer to "but I want to bring X."  If your name is there, or I gave you a line for a guest, you are ok.  If your name is not there, you can call (and I'll probably cave because I'm nice), but you can't just bring some random person.  It also fixes the illegible problem because MOST people won't have to write in anything, just check boxes.  The few that have lines for guests I can call if I can't read their handwriting.  AND it solves Jeana's numbering problem, because I will know EXACTLY who has and hasn't responded.
