Thanks everyone! Here is the proposal story  
It started with Neil giving me letters. He said that each day, I would receive a new letter and each had their own meaning (W for warmth, L for loyalty, U for unconditional and so on and so fourth). At the end of two weeks he re-arranged the separate letters, bringing them together as a whole sentence to spell out, "WILL YOU BE MY WIFE?". How could I say no? He is my one and only! We picked out rings and once he got them in his hot little hands, Neil got down on one knee. Needless to say, I can't stop smiling and he makes me soo happy
