Good morning & Thursday accountability

Morning lovely ladies :) 

Yesterday was a "rest" day as in no gym but I took Lucy for an hour long walk (+3 APs) around Liberty State Park. I felt good when I got home because the "old Rachel" would have gone home, gotten on the couch, & turned on the TV for the night so I was proud of myself for basically not doing that. This was my view on my walk:

Not too shabby, huh? Ok anyways, on to today's accountability:

B: Tea (0), fruit cup (0), 2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 hard-boiled egg whites, 1 tbsp dijon (4)
L: Lean Cuisine Meatloaf and Whipped Potatoes (6)
S: High Fiber Oats and Chocolate Chewy Bar (4)
D: ST Cheesy Jalapeno Baked Stuffed Chicken (9), green beans (0), salad with reduced-fat dressing (2)

Total: 25

E: 50 minutes on the ellipitcal (+4), 25 minutes upper-body weights (+2)

    B: Pumpkin spice latte, 3 turkey sausage links (I think I might need to start on the hard boiled egg thing for breakfast.  I love eggs.)
    L: Skinny chicken enchiladas (I refrained from smothering them in cheese!)

    B: Egg whites with brocoli, tomato and onion (I'm proud of myself for managing to eat breakfast this morning...chowing down now).
    L: Black bean quinoa bowl
    D: Chicken salad with goat cheese again, I think
    Snacks: Not sure yet

    E: 45 minute bodysculpt class.  20 minute fast walk.

    My run got rained out last night :( The weather here was nasty. It was so windy.

    L:  ST summer veggie skillet with ckn sausage and potatoes (326), 1 c. honeydew melon (60)

    D:  spaghetti and meatballs (400)

    E:  walk the dogs...  I teach until 7:30, then I have to do a marathon grocery shopping trip, so all I'll have time to do is walk the dogs...  (approx. -85)

    E - 2 mile run 1 mile walk.
    I didn't run yesterday, BF wasn't feeling up to it. And my friend sent me foreign candy and chocolates which totally messed up the calories. Ah well...it tasted great.


    I'm going to get some multi-grain bread. Any suggestions?

    if you're in to truly healthy options, try the ezekiel bread.  I find it in the frozen area.  if you're not, we purchase Oroweat... http://oroweat.com/products.

    just make sure to check the ingredients so that they say whole grain and no HFCS is listed.  that's why I love Oroweat, they generally don't have that added in.

    S: Strawberries
    L: Salad w/ chicken, cucumbers, and tomatos + banana
    S: Peach
    D: Thinking Jimmy John's unwhich sandwich again. Going to visit my friends baby so I don't think I'll have time to make much. Plus BF is gone tonight so just me.

    E: 3-4 mile walk again. Yesterday I walked 2 miles + 1/2 mile to the grocery store.

    L: Leftover chili, club crackers and an apple (453cal)

    Total: 1300 ish. If I manage to not eat after dinner. . . a big if. 

    E: probably none. I'm super lazy this week (most weeks?)

    Didn't want to post until I knew what I was eating all day. FIRST, let me show off the awesome Skinny Taste Coconut Shrimp with Apricot Dipping Sauce I made for dinner last night, for those who didn't see it in the night post yesterday. YUM x 100000.


    For today:

    B: Coffee with cream and sugar 200
    L: BBQ chicken pizza 600
    S: 1 square of dark chocolate 55
    D: cheese pizza 450
    S: Skinny Taste Dark Chocolate Bread pudding 277

    E: 1 hour horseback riding lesson and about 30 minutes of tennis (-330)

    I'll net about 1260 calories according to MFP.
