Morning lovely ladies
Yesterday was a "rest" day as in no gym but I took Lucy for an hour long walk (+3 APs) around Liberty State Park. I felt good when I got home because the "old Rachel" would have gone home, gotten on the couch, & turned on the TV for the night so I was proud of myself for basically not doing that. This was my view on my walk:

L: Lean Cuisine Meatloaf and Whipped Potatoes (6)
S: High Fiber Oats and Chocolate Chewy Bar (4)
ST Cheesy Jalapeno Baked Stuffed Chicken (9), green beans (0), salad with reduced-fat dressing (2)
Total: 25
E: 50 minutes on the ellipitcal (+4), 25 minutes upper-body weights (+2)
