the knot's wedding website

Does anyone know anything about uploading pictures to your wedding website?  Everytime I try to upload a picture from my computer it just keeps taking me back to browsing photos and doesn't upload.  My pictures are in jpg format and I have searched high and low and cannot find anywhere within the FAQs for the wedding website what format pictures should be in or how to upload so they actually show up.

  • I think most people would recommend not using TK for your wedding website. It's so glitchy.
I'm using mywedding.com, and a lot of girls use weebly.com

I noticed this as well.. I was trying to upload photos from the desktop and it wasn't working. Once I moved the photo into a folder it worked just fine. Good luck!

  • IMO, I dont understand why people make wedding websites.  If you just include all the information in your invites that should be enough.  To me, wedding websites are too flashy like 'ooohh lookie at me, I'm getting married now oohh and ahhh over all our cutsie couple pictures'.  barf

All of my guests have had nothing but positive things to say about the wedding wesbite. We have a lot of out of town guests & the wedding wesbite was a great way to communicate information to them - not just about the wedding itself - but hotel accomodations, reminders, registry information, etc. I guess I could have used Facebook, unless that was so tacky it also would make people "barf."

  • Also, I had the same photo problem in Firefox. I used Safari & it seemed to take care of whatever issues it was having.
