I have not been on these boards for years, but I have had such a aweful experience with Marry & Tux i wanted to warn others. My sisters weDding is less then two weeks away. I ordered my bridesmaids dress from Marry & Tux (Nashua, NH) in February 2009 and put down 50%. My sister placed the whole order the first week in August. When she went to pick up the bridesmaids dresses she was told mine was sent back due to being damaged and it would be in no later than the next week.The next week came and no phone call, so I called them and was told that I never ordered a dress from them. I told them I had a reciept, so I was put on hold and they came back and told me the order was cancelled. I argued that I had not cancelled the order to which I was placed on hold again. Then told it would be in mid to end of October.As of last Thursday I was told it would would be in today. Now it will be in by Wednesday. The seamstress I have used has informed me that she will not be able to get the alterations done in time for the wedding. I have asked Marry & Tux to compensate me with getting the alterations done in time for the wedding and they declined any compensation.So now less then two weeks before the wedding I am out my $100 deposit and no dress to wear to the wedding. At this point who knows when the dress will arrive or if they ever even ordered it. I have not even gotten an apology from them for my aggrevation.STAY CLEAR OF MARRY & TUX AND THE HEADACHES THE COME ALONG WITH IT. NO PERSON OR BRIDE DESERVES TO BE TREATED THIS WAY!!!
