Wow, came across this post today on weddingbee. It is a MUST read about etsy bridal jewelry sellers!!

  • Yeah I kinda figured that out when looking at some of those pieces.  You just have to remember buyer beware.  Not everything is what it seems.   Thanks for the link.

  • You can definately tell that some sellers have not handmade things. I just pass those by. You can also reach out to the seller to see if anything can be tweaked, etc and see if they are 'real' or not
  • It's not just jewelry. I just looked for shrugs and most of them seemed resellers.

    ^^ that is by far your best way to avoid resellers.  "Real" etsy aritists are all over custom orders and very happy to do custom work.
