http://news.yahoo.com/s/csm/20100609/wl_csm/306789According to this article, the penalty for aggravated robbery where someone is killed is life in prison, but homocide or 2nd degree murder is only 15 years and premeditated murder is only 30 years. Somehow that seems a bit backwards to me.
Faulty Logic (IMO): Planning to kill someone to steal something is worse than planning to kill them for another (or no) reason.
