Hi Ladies!
My FH and I have confirmed our Catering menu today (am thrilled!!) and we have 6 h'dourves that will be passed around during our cocktail hour, is it necessary to have a sign near the bar indicating what the h'rourves are? Has anyone done this before or think it's needed? Thanks!

I don't think it's necessary. Though if you do go that route, it's spelled hors d'oeuvres.

If they are being passed around the butlers will probably tell your guests what they will be eating.

TopChef is correct: no sign is needed. Your servers will inform your guests what each item is.

HA. I have to say, this made me laugh more than it should have. If you are having a sign please ensure hors d'oeuvres is spelled correctly.
