If you have a cake that has more than one flavor and/or more than one flavor, make sure the server(s) of the cake are aware of the variety and offer it as a courtesy to your guests. Our coconut layer was served until it was gone and our cookies 'n creme layer was sent home...almost the whole bottom layer! This was not something we thought about nor something I noticed anywhere so I thought I'd give the tid-bit. Have a great wedding, all!!!!
