Groom's Cake?

   My fiance and I are planning a very budget/DIY wedding for this summer.  I will be making a small wedding cake, and then have some help from a few other people in making larger sheet cakes so that we will have enough to go around.  I've been thinking lately about how I would like to surprise my fiance with a Star Wars groom's cake...anybody know of any reasonably priced places in the area that could possibly do something like this?

    Creative Confections does AMAZING groom's cakes.   They are based in BG.  The owner's name is Christie

    Mary Poppins Cake Factory did this really awesome Mario Bros cake for some friends of mine.  Unfortunately, I do not have pictures, and I have no idea what they paid for it.

    Do those prices include all of the special design and everything, or do you think it would be extra for a specialty cake like the ones I have pictured?

    I did order from Creative Confections yesterday.  I got right on and emailed her.  It is going to be $80 max and she seems so fun, just by what I saw emailing her.  (This price was for 40 people)  She is very excited to do this one!  I would def contact her.

    YAY! She is awesome! She is super nice and fun! Tell her Robin sent you :) Mine was $65 but I don't think it was quite as detailed as the ones the OP posted. 

    She is doing our wedding cake and wedding cheesecakes as well!

    LOL!!!! I am getting my cake from Creatice Confections also! She is SUPER nice and you can tell she loves what she does! I saw some pictures of her 3D cakes and they are amazing and she is sooo cheap!!! Yummy too! When is your wedding? I was on her website the other day and noticed she is really open for August this summer.
