Getting in Shape

I'm BACK!

Back at the gym again!!!! I felt AMAZING today after a KILLER arm workout with my new workout buddy!! Myold trainer introduced us.  It felt so great to get back to thegym after getting back from the honeymoon last week! 2 weeks without the gym was a SAD thing! Now I amhappy again! :):)

  • YAY! You should share this killer arm workout. :) I also went to the gym tonight for the first time in 2 weeks (I've done the treadmill, crunches and push-ups at home, but not a really good workout). I worked out for 90 minutes and it felt great! So I guess I know how you feel. Isn't it a great feeling when you finish a good workout?

  • We did triceps and biceps:Hammer Curls - 3 sets of 15Skull Crushers - 3 sets of 8 Preacher Curl - 3 sets of 10(In between sets - Back and Side Planks - 30 Seconds)Full Dips - 3 sets of 1521s (7 full curl, 7 low curl and 7 high curl) - 3 setsTricep "Blow Out" - Hard to explain, but I ended up doing4 sets of 10 Tricep pull downs in a row (lowering theweight each time).
