It's not much of a "recipe", but man, this was so delicious, I had to share.
1. Cut 1 bunch of broccoli (or more) into large-ish florets. Put into a bowl.
2. Drizzle generously with olive oil. You want enough to coat it, but not enough to make it really oily. Can be done in stages.
3. Toss florets in oil to coat.
4. Sprinkle with seasonings (I used seasoning salt, red pepper flakes and fresh cracked pepper).
5. Dump onto preheated grill.
6. Grill about 2-3 minutes per side.
7. Enjoy and wish you had more.
