Horrible Make Up & Hair Trial

Horrible is not even the word! FI response was "omg what happened" my parents response was "omg you look two shades darker and 10 years older"

She eyebrows are thin, she painted them brown and thick almost bushy looking, wrong foundation, the eye liner was think on one eye and not even completely finished on the other, and the smoky eyes were not smoky...

Not a happy camper, but I guess that's why we have to do trials!

Yikes! So sorry that this happened. This is why I plan to do my trial fairly early as well, in case anything goes wrong I have time to find another vendor.
Do you have any backups?

Oh no! Did you play dumb and say it was great... I'm no good at telling people they suck so I would have been a deer in headlights lol!
I saw my make up artist doing someones make up at a show so that was a good indicator to me of her talent.. maybe see if you have some up coming shows in your area??

This same exact thing happened to my sister. She wanted to cry! However, she found someone else with plenty of ease and looked gorgeous the day of. Please do not tempt fate and stick with even the same place because if they let this girl do brides- I'd hate to see the work of others there.

Thank goodness I have two more trials lined up! FI didn't understand why I had to get a trial and when I came home he was like oh I get it now!

I did voice I didn't like the painted eyebrows.  Also the hair not how I wanted it.  She also said I need extensions which was surprising because I have a lot of hair and its more than half my back long. 

I did tell her I'd call back.  Couldn't tell her no right there :-/

I was disappointed because now I have to set more time and money for more trials...Although I shouldn't complain I have time to do all this.

I just had my makeup done at MAC for fun and my fiance said '...you look goth".  Helped me figure out what I DON'T want for makeup!
