Bridal shower done! some questions:

I had a lot of concern about the shower, but it turned out great!
I had a few questions though:
if you don't have a gift receipt, can you still exchange stuff at macy's? I received some things that I cannot use (ex: a bedskirt but our bed doesn't allow for a bed skirt).
Also, some things on our online registry say the item was fulfilled, but I never received them. Should I wait to see if I get any gifts in the mail?
Should I get my mom and sis a gift for hosting even though it was a suprise?

I am not sure about Macy's return policy, I am sure they will at least give you store credit for it though.

Definitely wait to see if you receive gifts later, some may arrive in the mail.  Also, some people may have bought things as wedding gifts for you.  We have tons of things that have been purchased that we haven't seen yet. 

A gift is a nice gesture, but unneccessary so it is up to you.  We were thinking about buying hostess gifts but there were SO many people involved in hosting our showers that it just became far too complicated.  We ended up giving them all very nice hand written thank you cards.

I believe Macy's, like Nodrstrom has those little "electronic receipt" stickers so I would check to see if those are on there. If they are, its just as good a as receipt!

You will most likely get those items as wedding gifts.

I would absolutely get them a gift and a thank you card.

I'd wait on the gifts you didn't recieve.  I had some fulfilled on my registry, and recieved them several months later for my birthday and then just before the wedding.  Duplicates just make for more returns.  I'm planning to use cash for any of the gifts marked "fulfilled" but weren't acutally fulfilled.
