Can't access the website site??

I have my wedding website through theknot. I have lots people telling me that they cannot access my wedding website. Anyone else have this problem?
My guests cannot access hotel info and my registry info

You could try creating an alternate user name and setting up another site, perhaps that one would work for people.  As PP said, the Knot is pretty hit or miss, and I don't foresee this getting corrected.
