When is your Bridal Shower & Bachelorette party?

So my MOH asked me when I wanted to have these so she can start planning and I said "I dont know.. about a month before the wedding?"  Is this usually when they take place? Or closer to the wedding?

Any advice/input would be greatly appreciated. (Note: MOH has never been married or a MOH before). Thank you!

I think my shower is scheduled for May 12th.  The bacheloreete we are doing ahead of time because one of my BMs is getting married 5 weeksnbefore me.  We are going to Vegas from March 15-18.

My MOH and one BM are from California, so we are doing everything while they are here. My wedding is June 30th, shower is June 2 and bachelorette party is June 23rd.

FMIL wants to throw me a shower sometime in April. We just have to figure out when it'll work.

I'm not sure about my other shower though. 

I'm hoping to have the bachelorette party either mid-late May or early June. I think that would work best with all of my girls schedules and around all the wedding we have this year.

We have A LOT of family graduations this year and Easter being in the beginning of April....

Shower-March 17th-It is early but its the only time my sister will be home from college before the wedding
 I am not sure if I will be having a Bachlorette party yet

Thank you!! I didnt even think to check on graduations..I will have to do that. I think I will see if they can both be done early May.

My shower is in April (or so I'm told) and my bachelorette party is one week before the wedding (June 2).

Wedding: June 30th

Shower: April 1

Bachelorette:  I think in June.  My best friend lives in CA so I found out last night that if she's out of school (she's a teacher) by the time we have my bachlorette then she will be here.  I was so excited when I found this out.  I know my MOH is well on her way to planning and said this is my last chance to let her know if there's anything I want.  I'm leaving it in the girls' hands, I told them my absolutely not ideas so anything else I'm okay with.

Wedding: June 30

Showers: FIL's side will be one of the Sundays in April. Haven't decided on my side's date yet.

Bachelorette: The weekend of May 4-6. May 5th will be my 25th birthday so we're going to combine my birthday celebration with my bachelorette and kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Very excited!!

Showe is in March during BM/MOH and my breaks.  Most of us run so that means Saturdays are out.  No idea on the Bach party, it will be very laid back, pure fun.  One of FI's friends want to take him to Vegas.  Ha.  Good luck for that.  He also invited my MOH to come to their party, "after Meag is in bed at 5pm once her party is over." Loser.

Bachlorette party- suposably Feb 25th but as far as I know MOH hasnt booked anything or told anyone! She sent out a which is better email a about two months ago .
Shower-nothing. nada zippppp Not sure I will even have one. Makes me sad that no one has offered.

Honestly I am really worried about both happening. I really hope they do. And I know they are not mandatory. But I will be very sad and upset if they dont happen.

No idea! I will probably just have a church bridal shower the week before my wedding. It may even be a joint thing with my sister, who will also be in town then. She's my MOH and lives far away, so I'm not expecting her to organize a bachelorette party for me. My swim coach's wife and another teammate told me months ago already that they wanted to do it, so I'll let them. I told them not to even think about it until like April or May.

Wedding is June 15. The shower is a surprise, basically anytime between now and then once I give them a list of "blackout" dates that I can't go.  After talking to my bridesmaids, I think the bachelorette party will be a week or two before the wedding, it's what seems like it will work best for all of us, and be a time when we can all actually relax and have fun!

My Wedding is June 9th

Bachelorette Party is the weekend of April 13-15
My Bridal Shower will be April 14th.

I lived in Vegas for 9 years... so we planned on going to Vegas for the Bachelorette Party since a majority of my friends live there. I thought it would be easier to do the Bridal Party there and the same weekend so everyone could attend. I am inviting very few people from New Mexico so there was no point in doing one here.
