What I've been up to this weekend, PIP

Sheesh! The board is slow right now! Here's what I've been up to today- lining envelopes for STDs (which have still not arrived yet, boo). That's just a small part of how many I have to do. But I've also picked up the license plates for my car & washed it, rode two horses, gave out candy to kids, saw Paranormal Activity (which did not scare me, but I think that's because I was trying not to vomit the entire time from the shaky camera - I was sick for hours after watching that movie), and went out to breakfast with my dad. What are you all up to?

Ok, I tried three different methods none of them worked for a smaller PIP but I know I've done it before.Regardless, I LOVE your envelope liner! Soooo cute!

Wow you have been so productive. I am soo jealous. Yesterday I went for a five mile run, got ready to go out. Met up with friends, partied our butts off for Halloween. Today we watched the Seahawks, now I am at home getting stuff checked off. Ordered black light pen, Emailed FSIL, updated wedding budget. Going to go to the gym at three to work off the drinks from last night. When I get home I need to do laundry and the dishes. Then maybe relax and watch a movie.

Jenny - Remind me, where did you end up getting your envelopes?  And what about card stock - did you buy it yourself, and if so, where?  I'm just strating to try to figure out what the best way to get mine sent out (when invite time comes around) will be, and I remember you being really helpful when it came to paper stuff. My weekend - Yesterday I finished up a design I may use for our invites (in bio) along with enclosure cards, also worked on an idea for table assignments, otherwise not much.  Today I had brunch w/ friends then worked for a few hrs, and now I'm gonna try to get the dog to the park before it gets dark ungodly early (boo).

Oh and the easiest way for me to reduce pic size is to open in in Paint on my computer, use stretch and skew to reduce the size (I usually start at least w/ 50%), then once it's the size I want I resave it.  That's the one I'll then upload to photobucket or whatever to post.

These envelopes are from envelopemall.com. I ordered a sample of what I want to use for the actual invites (brown kraft paper envelopes) when I ordered these, and the sample is perfect, so I will be ordering those envelopes from them also. As far as cardstock goes, the liners in these are just regular old printer paper bought at target for around $2. The cardstock for my invites will be purchased at www.cardsandpockets.com (pocketfolds and pre-cut inserts & invites) and Paper Zone (invitation mats).

Yay for productiveness! I have been a busy wedding bee this weekend too, busy cutting out paper for my RSVP cards, bought candy at 50% off from target to go towards the candy buffet stash, bought another styrofoam ball for a pomander (I have to get them one at a time because the coupons are only good for 40% off one item...) plus I have half of my report cards done! YAY!

The envelopes look awesome. You are doing a great job! Are the stds in yet??Omg, the movie freaked me out. Probably because I was imagining if it was happening to me. :0)I've had a pretty good weekend. Helped FI's twin brother propose to his girlfriend on Thursday night. Friday relaxed with FI and tried rest all day. :0) We've been going for the last 6 months. its so freaking tiring. I got to see my nieces on Saturday who I never see because they live in yakima. Then Saturday night we went to FI's parents house where is brother announced their recent engagement. Then FSIL and I took my nephew trick or treating. I didn't do anything wedding related. I just relaxed. It felt good.Oh, I work Sun-Thursday so I worked from 6-4 today. LAME!

I'm on a netbook so I'm afraid the picture is super huge and I can't really make it out, but sounds like you've been productive :) I haven't done anything WR in awhile other than book the DOC and I keep forgetting to mail out the contract. The mail and I are not friends. Oy. I'm kind of at a standstill with wedding stuff right now, other than periodically paying for things. But, that's good because we're in the middle of house buying (hoping to close on the 20th), I'm busy with law school and work, and the holidays are looming. It'll all pick way up for me after the first of the year.
