Two Officiant Interfaith Wedding (Jewish & Christian)

My fiance (deciples of christ) and I (conservative-ish jew) are looking to have an interfaith marraige.  I've been to several weddings that were overseen by two officiants from each individual's respective religion - but I was rather young when these happened and don't remember any details.  My fiance never has and doesn't have a clue how these ceremonies can be run. 
Does anyone have any resources, advice, or better yet, video links of two-officiant interfaith weddings?

I used interfaithfamily.com as my beginning resource and it was very helpful.  I have our program outline in my planning bio and pics in my married one.  Our ceremony flowed beautifully and we were very proud of it.  You can email me with any questions and I'd be happy to tell you what we used.  We ended up constructing our ceremony with the help of both our minister and rabbi.
