because we can't pay them enough.
(he's got $ issues and he only works like 10 hours per week because we're capped on what we can offer them in terms of hours)
He got a fulltime job and I'll be sorry to loose him.
But good for him--FT jobs are hard to come by around here.
But my schedule is fubared for the near future.
