Today's lunch

Our bosses are taking us out for a Christmas lunch today. It's nice that they do that since its the only thing they give us but everyone in the office doesnt like each other. There are 17 of us....all women. Just in my department there are 7 plus our supervisor and we all dislike her (actually everyone hates her). Everyone I would with besides one girl is at least 10 years older than me and they all backstab each other. I sit at my desk and just watch, it's rather amusing so today should be a great time!

Oh geeze... sounds interesting! Ha at least it's free food, right?!??! Sometimes it's better just to sit back and watch... more entertaining.

Sounds exactly like my office!!  We are only allowed to have a party during our hour lunch break this year though.  In past years we got from 12-4 for an in office party.

Cathy, us too! Actually we used to have our lunch catered or go out and then when lunch was over we were allowed to go home. This year we had to pick our meal ahead of time so it's ready when we get there. Nothing like rushing us back to work! Wow!! Last year they did it on my Friday off and told me if I wanted to participate I had to come on my day off....ya right!
