Sometimes you just need to vent, so here's a place to do it, guilt free, today only

My vent: I can't wait for the end of the semester-- just 3 more classes including tonight until I'm free of the moron students that I teach one night a week. Being an adjunct professor is totally more work than it's worth. I only teach one night a week and I make $2,500 a semester. That's great until you factor in time for lesson planning and grading... then it's more like minimum wage. 

Anyway the complaint isn't that I don't get paid enough, if I were doing it for the money I wouldn't be doing it, but the vent is that my students are slackers and I can't wait to be rid of them!

Just 2 more weeks!

3) i was just 300 bucks to get my brakes and oil change done
4) my BM dresses are still not here
5) i'm hungry but i already ate

Ok so my step-sis (1 year older) recently moved to SO Cal to be closer to us family. She has 2 boys and wants to start over now that she is out of a bad relationship. Being a newly "single" mom I along with my mother have felt compelled to help with everything from babysitting to paying a few bills here and there. We think she is doing a good thing and trying to make things right.

HAHAHA!!!

The whole time she has been slacking on her house chores, complaining about work, dropping the kids off unexpectedily at 6am on my day off, not doing laundry (two boys=gross) and the best part of all....the reason why she has no time for the essentials.....YUP.....she met some guy online.

It get's better!!!

She moved him in this past weekend!!! So she wants to play house and my mom and I are tired of being taken advantage of. Have fun sis!!!

Oh and when I was young and dumb I married a Marine and when he got out of the service he turned into a highschool freshman and again and ran home when mommy dangled a new BMW in front of him. We did a courthouse wedding and I wore a white summer dress from ross! What an idiot I was!!!! Needless to say it was an easy quick divorce. Now that Im engaged to a real man years later she has the nerve to see a bridal magazine on my dining table and asks me

"Oh.....are you going to wear white again???"

GAHHH I just assigned a 5 QUESTION QUIZ on something that I went over thoroughly last week and they had a reading on and they freaked out that it wasn't open book!

Okay tiggy, so WOW oh wow.

That's all just nuts!

And of course you'll wear white if you want to. White = bride... and everyone I know who got married a second time wore white to their wedding, regardless of age. And for some, the second wedding was far more fabulous than the first (as is the marriage!)

1) My work is threatening to fire me because of how many days I will be taking off work for the wedding (12). They knew how long I would be gone when they hired me.
2) If they don't fire me they are going to put me on part time status when I get back and they have already started looking for my replacement because I may or may not be moving next January because FI is enlisting in the airforce
3) I want more cake pops.. they are just so damn good.. but not exactly good for my butt.
4) I want to see my B-pics! Not a vent just really impatient
5) my TA from Beach Bums sucks.. I miss my old one and I want him back. He never harassed me or called my aunt a liar.
6) drinking a bottle of wine by myself.. does that make me a boozer or just a stressed out bride??

7) I miss being on the knot as often as I was.  I miss knowing what as going on with you ladies!

1) I'm so done with school and cannot wait for summer. I hate the credential program.
2) I'm tired of hearing about bin Laden.
3) I'm really trying my best to leave all my comments of my school offline because I know it could get me in trouble....but I really need to vent (so this is it).
4) I'm about to throw my hands up and go to a courthouse. FI and I agreed and now we don't about where to go....it's less than 11 months away...this should be already decided.
5) I've thrown my hands up with FI's family. FMIL newest disgusting comment - "you and me get along so well...we would be an amazing couple." To my FI. I hate this lady. I cannot wait to get away from her.
6) Even though I tell FI that it would suck that our babies will not know both set of grandparents (when we have them) - his parents and my dad are staying here, we're moving, and my mom is moving to Nebraska - I'm secretly jumping for joy that my kids won't know my FI"s family. or that's my hope.
7) I haven't studied at all for my CSET (what you have to take to become a teacher in California)...I'm screwed. It's on World History. I know I should study, but I'm so done with studying that I just want to veg watching tv.
8) We have a gym membership, but we've both been so busy that we haven't gone. Part of that is truth, part of it is just an excuse. We can go on the weekend, but we decide not to. It's pathetic, because we always say at bedtime, that this week will be different and we'll go.

1) I have a paper due Monday that like Sarah's won't write it's self!
2) I have powerpoint slides I'm supposed to be doing but on what or when it's due I have no idea because my teacher is a slacker!
3) I'm trying to figure out where I want to go for my MBA or where I can get into I guess is the bigger question! If I had known 7 years ago all my GPAs would be averaged to get me into Grad school I probably wouldn't have screwed around so much because classes from 2004-2009 are probably going to stop me from getting into UMASS
4) I want my reception dress and I want it now I am the most impatient person!
5) I'm waiting to find out when my wedding dress is being brought up from FL still (her mother's ill she has a valid excuse at least!)
6) If my grandma gets clears for surgery the earliest they can get her in is the end of next week which only leaves a month until we leave for the wedding!!!! I've cried many nights at the thought of her missing my wedding! It just can't happen I won't allow it!
7) Mother's day is Sunday and I haven't gotten my mom anything other than a card!
8) I haven't lost any weight in fact I'm up 20 lbs since last summer, but my dress will fit because I haven't changed since Nov when I last tried it on
9) Only 6 more Monday's to get my siht together for this wedding and I still don't have a list of what I need to do!!!
