FI AND I HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR OUR MORTGAGE LOAN!!!
We have purchased a brand new house, that will be finished being built some time this summer. We decided in the first part of December. Some of you may have seen my status on Facebook not that long ago. We are very excited, but I wanted the official final approval before saying anything...My luck, something would have happened between the conditionally approved stage and the final approval stage. So, I got word today!
We are so excited, now can it be between June and August now????
