How do you decide how much beer & wine to buy? Not sure if this is the route I want to go, but it's an option...

Our caterer gave us a good idea. There are also online calculators that help you figure it out based on your number of guests. I believe evite.com has one.One tip: If you buy from Costco or BevMo, save your receipts and if you have leftover booze, you can take it back... Just make sure all the labels on everything are still in tact (don't chill all your white wine at once - the labels get wet) and don't let your caterer open all the wine bottles at the beginning of the night.

Costco will take alcohol back, but I don't think Bevmo does anymore. In rare cases, they will let you exchange it, but they won't give a refund.
