I am trying to return the longline bra I purchased online last month. The slip that came with the packaging tells me to log on and request a return authorization code. I cannot find anything online that allows me to do that, and I'm following all the directions!! I tried sending a help request but haven't heard anything and there is no customer service number to call! This is especially annoying because when I purchased this, I did one of those "chat live!" things and did speak with someone. Now I can't even find that option! I'm getting really frustated. I tried calling the local store, but they aren't affiliated and can't help me, nor can I return it in store.
Anyone have any advice, or better yet, a contact number for david's online??
