Tara's Bridal

Has anyone been to Tara's Bridal in Camp Hill?  http://tarasbridal.com/index.html  I'm getting ready to begin shopping for my gown, and I'm not sure where to go.  Thanks!

I got my gown at J & B Bridal in Chambersburg, I would HIGHLY recommend going there!

I've been to Tara's- they are really good. Also good is Taylored for You in Mechanicsburg.

Tara's is great, they give you a very personalized experience. The owners are very nice as well.

I'm heading for Tara's in a couple of weeks to look for MOB dresses.  I'm also going to stop at Creative Elegance Boutique in Camp Hill.

I got my dress @ Tara's this past June.  Tara's has by far the best customer service compared to the other shops I went to (which were all still good).  Tara's has a large selection of dresses but becuase you're buying off the rack you can't order a different color, size, etc.  They are very willing and eager to work with you  and help you find the dress of your dreams.  Tara's was the first place I went and I found a dress I loved.  I shopped around just to be sure but no other shops had the style/look I was going for so I went right back to Tara's and bought it.  They'll also recommend a good seamstress too.  Good luck and enjoy every moment of it!

You guys mentioned Tara's bridal, what do they run price wise? I am not looking to spend more than a few hundred on a dress since I only wear it once for a few hours.  Do you recommend any places that have nice but inexpensive wedding dresses?

@Hbarbers and @Greeneggs - I didn't get my dress here, but the Bridal Emporium in Elizabethtown has dresses in every price range (and they run specials ALL the time - check their website before you go in), and the ladies that work there are absolutely phenomenal.

I also recommend Lilla's Bridal in York (where I purchased my gown). Their selection isn't huge, but their prices are competitive and the women that work there are very willing to work with you. They also give you a discount if you purchase bridesmaid dresses there (and they have a TON to choose from)

    Good luck shopping!!

I got my dress at Tara's Bridal and they were awesome!  But like a PP said, you do buy off the rack, so I had to have some serious alterations done.  I am not sure if they have their new place set up the same, but they used to have different rooms based on the price you wanted to spend.  That way you didn't even see dresses that were out of your price range.  Their recommended seamstress is awesome and does amazing things.  I tried on more dresses there in about an hour than I did at David's Bridal in 3 hours.  They were so nice to work with.  I would definitely recommend them!
