Peninsula/South Bay Wedding&Reception venue with church-type vibe

Ok, I may be asking for too much here...but let's try:

I'm seeking a venue that can:
- host both our ceremony & reception
- is located in the Peninsula or South Bay
- and has a truly grand vibe--like a church but without being religiously affilated.  Breathtaking. 

Villa Montalvo in Saratoga is kind of on the right track...other ideas?

The Kohl Mansion in Burlingame
Thomas Fogarty Winery (not church-like, but the views over the valley are breathtaking) in Woodside
The Allied Arts Guild in Palo Alto
San Mateo County History Museum in Redwood City <-- gorgeous, if I had more time to plan my wedding, I might have done it here

What about the Mountain Winery?  They have a fabulous ampitheater area, and a patio with an amazing view of the valley.  And a barrell room if you want part of the celebration indoors.
