Town Manor B&B...good?? bad?? suggestion??

Hello Ladies!! I am considering having my wedding ceremony & reception at Town Manor B&B in Lakeland...have any of you had your wedding there or been to a wedding there?? How was it?? I really like that it is all inclusive...I was just wanting to hear some of your past experiences there!!!
