Ok, so first of all let me say that we almost didn't have any sort of party. FBIL told FI's friends that we wanted to do a Jack & Jill, and then went on and on about how "everyone" said it was a bad idea and it would be a disasted. We were going to get a bus to go to Lava, but it was getting to be a pain in the butt, so we finally told FBIL that we just wanted to have a party at our house. So, he finally agreed, although he still thought it was going to be lame, especially because we also invited our parents.
Also, I tried to tell FBIL that it wasn't like the guys wouldn't be able to hang out, because I would hang out with my friends too obviously and not be glued to FI. At one point I went outside and saw FI and I was like, "oh you're here??!" It worked perfectly because we both got to have fun with our friends, but we got to have fun with each other too. Also saved on any "Hmmm, wonder what he/she is doing" if we had had separate parties. Honestly, I think I had WAY more fun than if we had gone to bars/clubs.
Now, onto the party ... it was a BLAST!!!!!! There were about 25 people (although not all stayed all night, some came late, etc) There were so many things going on and so many people in different places that I apparently missed a lot of things--including my mom doing jagerbombs! I was like WTH?! Also, my brother who says he "doesn't drink" apparently did 2 or 3 as well. We only got to play 2 of my games, but I wish we got to do more because everyone thought the 2 we did were hilarious. FI's friend took some pics/video and I can't wait to see them lol There were so many people that wanted to do things that we had to set up a 2nd beer pong table.
I woke up around 10am and got out of bed to put my pajamas on and wash my makeup off.. when some time after 5am rolled around I just rolled into bed! I'm still exhausted lol
FBIL made him his "ball & chain" .. with a REAL bowling ball lol
Where FI was playing it was just a table of cups .. this was my side lol oooops
