Does anyone have any suggestions for a hair and makeup artist (or a separate artist for each)? I'm hoping to keep it under $500.

i used jeanne romano.  she charged 175 for hair and makeup (airbrush makeup and lash application).  she also did a great job with hair and makeup for my mom and my moh.  http://www.socalairbrushmakeup.com/
