Classic Wedding, Fairly Luxurious, any venue ideas???

Looking for a wedding venue in south Florida, preferably either BOCA, or fort Lauderdale. We are looking to have a very classic IVORY and BLACK wedding.....we don’t want to spend a fortune but we are certainly willing to go high end and we want a fairly luxurious venue. Any ideas????? Thanks!!!

My wedding was in Boca and my colors were BLACK, IVORY and SILVER...with hints of lavendar!

Very classy and elegant...that's how I wanted it!

Mine was at the Boca Raton Marriott.  Almost 200 people in attendance.

Hit me up with questions if you have any!

If you are having a kosher wedding (based on your other post), your options will be limited.  High end venues especially don't seem to want outside vendors.

Thank you so much! Do you know of any of those limited choices?

at our venue....you had to go with their food....you can't bring anything in...except the cake.  Which was okay with us....their food was great.  The good thing...the cake is included in the package and you get to choose between two vendors.

I'm afraid I don't.  We ended up bringing in glatt kosher in for our guests who truly required it, since we couldn't nail down a venue in Palm Beach County that both suited us an allowed for a kosher wedding.  Many venues will let you bring in a limited amount of outside food for those with restrictions.  Other venues have a deal with an outside kosher caterer and aren't willing to use anyone else.

I've heard that the best way to go about finding a venue for 100% kosher weddings, is to first speak to the caterer to find out where they have catered before.  That should give you a good starting point.  Talk to people on the Jewish weddings board, they usually have good suggestions.
