Hi ladies!!!

I'm not sure if you all read my Rent the Runway vendor review after I got married a week ago...I basically bashed them for sending me the wrong bracelet for my wedding (black instead of silver..HUGE mistake). Well, even though I didn't get to wear the bracelet I wanted to and there's no turning back, after writing them an email to let them know how disappointed I was with what happened, I received a wonderful and very apologetic PHONE CALL today from one of their execs to let me know how sorry they were for what had happened. The girl (Emily) stayed on the phone with me for quite a while and assured me that she'd spoken to her Operations Manager and the Accessories Manager to ensure this doesn't happen again. Moreover, she refunded my bracelet rental and gave me a promo code for a free rental (which I will probably be using for my baby shower!)!! So, like I said, there's no turning back, but these ladies really went above and beyond trying to remedy this situation and their efforts are really appreciated.

Just wanted to let you all know...considering their response and terrific customer service, I think they're definitely worth another shot.
