So I finally booked my florist! I decided to go with Creations by Blanca! She worked with my budget and gave me the most flowers for my money. Very excited!!

    congrats!!  that's a big check!  look into vision djs... i shopped around a LOT for djs and they are definitely the most reasonably priced & they have been wonderful to work w/ so far - great communication & awesome online planning pages.  if you look them up on weddingwire.com they have perfect reviews!!  GL :)

    @mfields....I want someone really youthful and hip...did you meet with them in person, what type of personality do you think they had....I've been communicating with various people via email.

    I met with Vision DJ they were def a good company and I liked the online planning...in the end the FI wanted DJ Zog so we went with Power Parties, also very good company and they also have online planning.

    Haven't met them in person b/c we are in west palm & it is a far drive just to meet w/ them... so we had a phone consultation w/ Jorge A. over the phone.  Sounds young & really fun.  From the reviews I've heard from girls on here/and read on weddingwire, all their dj's seem really fun & do a great job.  You can request a certain dj but it's an extra $100.  Otherwise they book their dj's one month in advance so you'll know who it is a month beforehand.  There are only 8 dj's working for that company so i liked that too... :)

    We just met with Jorge from Visions DJ today. He was great. He is very personable and made us feel comfortable. We will be booking soon!
