Ok so I'm starting my search for a garter, and guess what I came across...PROM garters!!  Why in the worldddd would you need a prom garter? What is this world coming too?

I have to confess...I have a garter from my own prom night. The after party that I went to was pajama/lingerie themed, I thought it would be a cute accessory and it happened to have my class year on it and matched my outfit. I have never heard of a garter actually made just for prom... but then again I don't understand all the guys that proposed to their girlfriends during prom either!
