    My friends birthday is tomorrow but a bunch of us went out to dinner on Saturday to celebrate.  All week she was asking me to make her a lemon cake but I never said I would.  On Friday I made 10 mini lemon cakes, all decorated differently, and surprised her with them at the restaurant!  The look on her face was priceless, she was so happy with her cakes.  There was more than enough to feed the 18 people that were there for dinner, she ended up taking 3 cakes home and giving 2 cakes away.I love to make someone that happy.

    I made a panda cake for my friend Amanda's birthday a few weeks ago, she loved it :)When I worked at the tanning salon I would always make an effort to compliment people who I thought were having a bad day :)
