Twirl is closing and my BM dresses hadn't come in yet :|

I just received an email from Twirl saying that they are closing their doors, and I now have to work with the manufacturer for my bridesmaids' dresses to complete my order.  Is anyone else in the same boat?  I have no idea how this is going to work, and I'm just really worried about what has happened to the deposits that everyone put down back in March.  The dresses were being made by Priscilla of Boston so I've contacted the salon in Scottsdale, but unfortunately they had no idea how things were going to be sorted out either, and Twirl isn't answering their phones (go figure).

*sigh* Everything was going so smoothly up until now. :\

    Which Twirl? Chandler or Scottsdale?

It's Scottsdale. Although I assumed that Chandler was closed too, since I didn't see a link to it on the site anymore.

Thanks for the heads up, I was going to send my BM's there as well.  This is the second store I heard about closing!  Tough times.

Hopefully, it will all work out for you with no major hiccups!

We have had a bad experience with Twirl closing also.  The Bridesmaids dresses had just come in when they closed, so they put them all in a box and shipped them to my home.  But the dresses are badly wrinkled, 3 are way off in size, and they just aren't that well made.  I am very disappointed in the way their closing has been handled.  I really think the Big owner or national owner should be more involved in getting these things handled.  Each dress cost $160.00 and that is way too much, for them to be in this condition.  And the wedding is on the 18th!! 6 days away!

You should call the Wholesale Office of Priscilla of Boston in New York. This office dealt directly with Twirl for the dress orders.

Also, the charges may need to be disputed with the credit card company. I was told that my dresses were ordered but not paid for. Therefore, my bridesmaids will have to directly pay Priscilla of Boston. We ordered in mid-May.

    I hope this helps!
