Where to buy a cake topper & garter?

So somehow these 2 details kept slipping the end of my to do list and now the wedding is next Saturday. Are there any stores in the area that have big selections of toppers and/or garters? I've already checked Michaels and Hobby Lobby but didn't see much there.

I have seen garters at a lot of the party stores oddly enough.  They also seem to have some cake toppers, but not a ton.
