Priest and Rabbi to marry

We are looking to have both a Priest and Rabbi marry us. Any suggestions? We plan to have the wedding Rolling Meadows, IL.

what kind of suggestions are you looking for?  We are having a Priest and Rabbi officiate our wedding, too.

I had a Catholic ceremony, but the priest who officiated js very liberal and performs a lot of Jewish Catholic weddings. He's great and my family has known him for 15 years.  We got a lot of compliments on our mass b/c he makes everything so personable.  He used to be at St. Raymond in Mt. Prospect, but he's now at St. Anne's in Barrington.  His name is Fr. Bernie Pietrzak.

as some families are more religious than others, here are my thoughts:if the jewish side is more religious, prioritize by finding a rabbi first, that will perform outside their synagogue and be okay with working with a priest. if the christian side is more religious, find the priest first, just so you are certain that obligation is met, and then work from there. ask each officiant if they have ever worked with another religion and integrated it, and if they will be okay going 50/50 because some rabbis will not want to work with priests mentioning jesus, and some priests may not want to perform any ceremonial wine offerings if the glass is going to be cracked in jewish tradition.
