NWR: Tutor

I haven't taken math since highschool ('06) and placed in the second lowest avaliable at CSCC.. rather than pay the money and spend the time to brush up on my math through them I have thought about getting a tutor. Do you have experience with this? Do you know anyone who is a good tutor? Or do you think I should just suck it up and take the classes? I am opting out of school this fall quarter for financial reasons so I have until winter to get good :) Thanks.

    Honestly, I think it may be worth it to take the math classes. I placed the lowest in math at CSCC. When I took the classes in math I was glad I did, I didn't remember anything they were teaching. I think you may want to take them anyways.
