Kohl's Registry?

Does/did anybody have a registry at Kohl's?  Have you had a good experience? If not, have you heard if it is easy to use, and do they have a reasonable return policy? Thanks!

We registered at Kohls.  It was easy to use, but I've yet to try out their return policy. Oddly, we found Menards to have a lot of things that we wanted.

I went to a wedding about a month ago where I bought the gift off of the Kohl's registry. I have to say as a guest it was not easy for me to use. I don't generally shop at Kohls, so I had a hard time finding the right items from the registry, and when I asked for help the salesperson couldn't even bring me to the right section. Had I not waited until the very last second to buy the gift I probably would have left and gone somewhere else.

I agree with the above post - I *love* Kohls, but it was ridiculous to find the things I was trying to buy off the registry for a friend. It took my about 45 minutes of searching until I finally gave up and just bought some towels for her. Again, I really love Kohls, but it was pretty inconvenient as someone buying off a registry. Also, if Menards has a registry, I'm so on board with that. :)

I agree. When we went to Kohl's for a gift off of my cousin's registry we ended up leaving. We spoke to 3 salespeople who couldn't locate the items and the printout you get doesn't include all of the information you need. We ended up getting them a gift at BB&B instead.

We had a registry at Kohls and it worked out well for us. The stores tend to be a bit cluttered so it may be difficult for guests to find an item, but ours seemed to have no problems. Returning gifts was also really easy, even for gifts with no receipts. I think we accidentally returned a gift there that was really from Sam's Club!

We registered there and at Target. Most people shopped at Target. Kohls was easy to register at and the returns were easy. You also get 15% off anything on your list that non one bought, so we did end up buying quite a bit. It's kind of hit and miss with helpful sales people.
