Hey gang!
So I had my tasting with Jody at Byerly's in Eagan....and they knocked it out of the park! She made some of the most delicious cupcakes I have ever tasted - a variety of 12 total - and I cannot believe the prices.
For those that may be interested, here is the pricing:
A medium-sized cupcake is .79 each, with simple decoration it is .99 each. Any of the cream or fruit-filled are 2.49 each, but we probably won't be going this route. (The chocolate-cream filled is awesome, though!)
They also have jumbo cupcakes which is what we tasted and I have a photo below - available for .99 each (and up depending on simple decoration and filling.)
Anyways - I definitely reccomend this bakery. We have tried a few and IMO a cupcake is a cupcake and these ones are damn good! Happy that we can save some costs in this area.
They also have great prices on cakes as well, and everything they had on display looked pretty fancy!
