Macy's Bridal Somerset

Anyone been? I'm from Canada but looking into trying at bunch of Romona Kaveza dresses on there. If you shopped there, what was your experience like? Thanks!

    I've been there at the beginning of my dress search, and personally had a great experience.

    I took my BM's there and everything was great.  They are taking their dresses elsewhere for alterations, though.

    I went shopping there at the beginning of my search as well. They definitely mean business but the women were very professional and helpful. The selection of dresses did seem a tad limited, though, so if there is a particular dress you are interested in, you may want to call ahead and make sure they have it available for you to try on. GL!

    I went shopping their in the beginning of my dress search as well. Only because one of my bridesmaids dragged me there. My experience was okay. They didn't have many dresses there that fit me (a size 14). So I was turned off and went other places where more sizes were available. But the customer serivce was good.

    I got my dress there (a Romona!) and I loved them.  We got our BM dresses too (Watters & Watters; they carry Vera as well).  The staff was very professional and friendly, and handled an issue with my dress (the designer added an embellishment I didn't particularly want) quickly and professionally.  Alterations were great as well.  Highly recommend!

    i went there and was soo extremely pleased. (i did not end up purchasing a dress there  because they did not carry "my dress", however, i would have loved to purchase my dress there) they were so extremely helpful and professional, and i did not feel pressured at all in making my decision or my indecisiveness throughout the process. i would highly highly recommend.

    I bought my dress at Macy's, you'll get top notch service.. Like pp said, I had extra embellishments I didn't want and they took care of that for me - no problem. The ladies there are very nice, helpful and patient.
