Zingerman's Catering

Hey all!  I was wondering if anyone has any experience using Zingerman's catering?  I'm considering using them but am a little worried about how the hot food would travel.  (My wedding will be in the Lansing area but I thought I'd post this over here too since it seems to have more activity)

Any thoughts?

I think it would be fine - they are used to doing that sort of thing.

And if their catering food is anything like their roadhouse food, I might just crash your wedding
