Alterations at Moni's Bridal

If you are buying a dress from there, find someone else to do the alterations! My alterations for my dress were 50% of the cost of the dress. The alterations for a very simple bridesmaid dress were also about 50% of the dress.

The quality of the alterations were great, Moni does do a great job, but not worth the money at all. Once you buy the dresses from them, the customer services goes down hill from there.

My customer service sucked from the beginning which is why we didn't get alterations there.  I realize that she may do good work but they have A LOT to work on in the customer service department.!!'
She has had a few negative reviews on here before.

I feel like she took me for a ride because I only bought my dress and the bridesmaid dresses there. I bought my own jewelry, hair piece, shoes and bra elsewhere to save money. It seems like once she found out I did that the alteration costs just kept going up and up. Too bad. Wonder if she realizes the negative feedback?
