Rosa's Custom Alterations in Watertown..

...any feedback?? My dress shop told me to go there for my alterations but need some good/bad feedback. THX!

    I brought my BM dress for my cousin's wedding there a couple years ago. She did a great job and was reasonably priced, so when my friend got married a couple years ago, I suggested she take her dress there... disaster. While she did fantastic work - she made my friend feel terrible about herself. She kept telling her that she picked the wrong dress for her body type, and was not-so-subtly telling my friend she was fat. Now, I know Rosa was going through some family things at that time, and sometimes when English isn't your first language you can come across a little rude when you don't mean to be, but that was my friend's experience. At the end of the day, she had absolutely no complaints about the work done on her dress - it was beautiful - but she had issues with attitude/customer service. When it came time for my wedding, I went to Chris O'Hare, even though Rosa is right down the street from me...
