"Tall" Jeans

I'm kind of tall,  5' 7 1/2" to be exact. I have a hard time finding "tall" jeans in my size. The average ones are just too short for me. The only place I can think of that has tall jeans, and aren't incredibly expensive, is Vanity. Where do you get your jeans? Oh, anything over about $65 for one pair is what I consider expensive, so somewhere with jeans that cost less than that. TIA!

Re: "Tall" Jeans

  • Vanity is my favorite. I also go to Old navy Target, and JC penny
  • I know at places like Old Navy their jeans usually come in 3 variations of one waist size---so like, Size 8 Short/Average/Tall. And their jeans are definitely affordable.
  • I'm not a huge fan of Old Navy, but I don't mind their jeans. I'm 5'5" and their tall jeans are a couple inches too long for me, so they might be perfect for you.

  • Do they make Bongo jeans anymore? I know those were made for you longleggedies.

  • I'm 5'10, so I feel you. I like the Gap and Old Navy.

  • I go to Lerner NY  & Co.. They have tall jeans and their jeans normal price are about $39.95. They always have sales too.

  • I love that people consider 5'7 tall and complain about finding jeans :o)I'm 5'11....I usually buy from Gap and American Eagle.  I'm also just CONSTANTLY on the lookout for jeans when walking through stores.  You can just look at the bottom of where the jeans are hanging and look for the longest pair and see how long they are.  I've snatched a few random pairs at different stores by doing this but nothing consistent...usually brands I've never heard of.
  • I always buy Silvers because I can choose the length.  I'm 5'8", but I have a 35 inch inseam.  I've never found jeans that fit me as well anywhere else.
  • Im 5'6" but have super-long legs and a freakishly short torso...my jeans are from lucky and the limited...Victorias Secret also sells long-length jeans but Ive never tried them...

  • I'm 6'1, so this is a huge issue for me.  I have good luck at Old Navy, but I'm thinking that at 5'7, they may require hemming.  But I've found pairs for $20.  I also have good luck with Gap and Express, but they are a bit more expensive and I don't like the cuts as much.  Weird, I know.
  • Sucrets, he's 6'10! Hes the tallest person I've ever met.

  • i'm 5'8" and always wear heels.  I get my jeans at The Buckle.  You can buy jeans in waist and inseam sizes, so they will fit perfect, instead of just sizes 2, 4, 6, etc. which can be a little inconsistent depending on brands.  I live in the middle of nowhere so I just order from their website.  Also Levi's website has different styles to custom fit.  Gap has tall jeans too; and for dress pants, I like New York and Company since they have longer lengths as well.
  • I'm 6'0", so I completely understand...Check out: www.searchbyinseam.comYou can sort by inseam length, brand, and price.
  • Actually lands end is good because they allow you to pick your inseam 5'10'' here
  • I'm 5'9.Express has recently redone their whole jean collection and I like them alot better now.Urban Outfitters brand BDG jeans are awesome and $49.
