Kids Table... does it include FG & RB

Hey All,  I think I'm going to have a handful of kids at the wedding (6-10) and I wanted to do a kids table with the parents seated close by.  Do I seat the flower girl and the ring bearer at the kids table or at the head table?  if i seat them at the kids table should I put the kids table near the head table so that they don't feel left out?Thanks.

If the FG and RB are fairly young and you're going to have entertainment at the kids table, like coloring books, I would put them there.

You wouldn't put your FG and RB at the head table anyway, I don't see the harm in putting them at the kids table with parents close by.  But honestly, 6-10 might be too young for a kids table, but I know nothing about kids.  All the kids coming to my wedding are sitting with their parents.

Ok, reading fail.  I would not put them at the head table, that is not really "done" usually and they are too young.  So my answer really doesn't change, but I just wanted to clarify.
